Professor Rufus Black Appointed Vice Chancellor at the University of Tasmania

On behalf of all associated with the Centre for Ethical Leadership, Director Peter Collins, congratulates Professor Rufus Black on his appointment as Vice Chancellor of the University of Tasmania. This appointment is a great tribute to Rufus’s visionary leadership at Ormond College and deep commitment to scholarship in particular ethics.

Rufus played a pivotal role in setting up the Centre for Ethical Leadership and also ensuring that the Vincent Fairfax Fellowship program was run out of the Centre. We are all delighted for Rufus and equally delighted that he will remain part of the Faculty for the Vincent Fairfax Fellowship.
