Learn how to be an effective leader, with the integrity and skills to make a difference in your workplace.
WHY YOU MUST ATTEND
The Ethical Leadership Program challenges you to ask hard ethical questions. This course will give you the tools to apply important ethical principles and find answers to the issues you and your business face. The Centre for Ethical Leadership teaches leaders to develop a way of thinking that ensures effective action, without compromise to integrity or the worth of others.
We are all confronting different types of ethical leadership issues, no matter what industry or role we work in. The program challenged my thinking around ethical leadership and provided great frameworks to enable me to approach decision-making on complex issues, keeping in mind both the organisation's and my own values. Being in the room with others from different backgrounds and experiences was of enormous value as this provided great insight into the types of ethical issues we are all experiencing, and provided a powerful learning environment. I would highly recommend this program to all leaders. Robyn Batson, Group People & Development Manager, Sussan Group.
