Clayton Walker is the managing director Port, Rail and Core Services for Rio Tinto Iron Ore. In this role, Clayton has accountability for our Pilbara rail, ports, autonomous trains and core services, which includes utilities and accommodation and town management. Clayton is also a member of the Iron Ore Executive Committee.
Clayton joined Rio Tinto in 2001 and has worked in senior management roles for the energy, copper and iron ore product groups, in North America and Australia.
Clayton graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Metallurgical Engineering degree and later completed a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Utah.
