Dr Robert Leach

Rob has been a passionate educator for almost 30 years. He has taught both secondary and tertiary students and is the Acting Master of Ormond College.
In his leadership role as Acting Master of Ormond College, Rob has been instrumental in creating a healthy and harmonious culture at the College. He has worked with the College leadership team to develop and implement a set of robust cultural programs in the areas of:
- Creating and building respectful relationships.
- Gender and cultural diversity.
- Responsible consumption of alcohol.
- Creating opportunities for Indigenous students.
- Team building and leadership.
In addition to his role at Ormond College, Rob has acted voluntarily as a mentor with Leadership Victoria. Most recently, he mentored social enterprise founder Wadzanai Nenzou to develop and launch Herconomics, a Global Sisterhood bringing women together to talk, learn and teach about money.
Rob holds a PhD (Professional Writing) from Deakin University and Masters from the University of Oxford (Politics, Philosophy and Economics). He is also the published author of The World As It Is and The Rope Dancer.
