Christian Sector Mentoring
Our Christian sector mentoring program is designed to help you achieve both your professional and spiritual goals. We believe that the two are interconnected and that our program can help you grow in a holistic manner.

Members Mentoring
As part of our membership program, members can take advantage of six personalised mentoring sessions. We make sure our members are paired with the ideal mentor who can help them achieve their goals.
Discounted Tickets
Our members enjoy discounted tickets to all of our professional development and events.
Prayer Connect Group
Our members have the chance to connect with one another on a spiritual level through our prayer connect groups. During these sessions, we share our prayer needs and pray for one another, fostering a deeper sense of community.
Monthly Connect Groups
Our monthly connect groups provide members with a platform to discuss a range of sector-specific and personal development topics. These groups are held on the last Friday of every month.
With our CEL portal, members have access to a variety of features designed to enhance their experience. From Masterclasses and Snapshots, to Interviews and Recorded Events and Webinars, our platform offers a wealth of resources and tools for members to access.

The benefits of mentoring are vast, we know that. Often though, it's not until we're in a tough situation (and we feel there's nowhere to turn and no one that understands) that the true value of mentorship is apparent. As someone who has managed a service portfolio of 30 centres, held both General and State Manager roles, managed over 300 staff and a host of other roles, believe me when I say I understand, and I am here to help. Our mentoring calls are fully confidential and open both members (at a discount) and non-members alike.
